Today I had an Op Love photo session with a family from Whiteman Airforce Base. They had two kids, and like most kids, they were full of energy and running around all over the park. So during a short break I decided to photograph them while they were running around, so as I was snapping photos, I happened to catch their collision. After reviewing the photos, I thought it was pretty funny to see the photos just before and at the collision. Luckily, neither of them were hurt. So here are the photos that I captured before, leading up to, and the actual collision.

Day 38
I liked the way the clouds looked today, so I took the photo below. I've posted it in color and black and white, I'm not sure which I like better...

Day 37
Today it is overcast and kind of dreary outside. I have been reading chapters for my classes this week, so today's photo is one relating to that.

Day 36
Yesterday I was trying to caputre the sunset, today, I was up early enough to caputre the sky just before sunrise, so that you can still see a sliver of the moon. Our dogs keep the same routine during the weekend mornings as they do the weekday mornings. So I'm normally up by 6:30am to 7am on the weekends, even though I would love to sleep in! Sometimes I make my husband get up with them. :)
So here is my photo for today:

Day 35
Today I was going to capture the sunset, but I didn't really like the photos that I took. While I was taking photos of the sunset, some geese flew by, and so this is the photo that I ended up with today.

365 photo project
As you may have noticed, I am having a hard time keeping up with taking one photo per day. It wouldn't be that hard, except for I also have two classes this semester and therefore I have a lot of reading, writing papers, and studying to do, so most of my evenings are ate up with that. Not to mention work, which takes up a lot of time, if I didn't have to have the money, I would probably quit this job and just do what I like!
So anyway, I don't want to give up, but I may only be posting once or twice a week, depending on time, and weekends usually offer up the most time for me right now. So I will post photos every weekend, instead of every day.

Day 34 ~ Crisp morning
My photos today are taken on our back porch. It is a toasty 9 degrees outside this morning, the sun is shining, and actually, it is not too bad since the wind is not blowing. This week has been mostly dreary cloudy days, so it is a nice change to have some bright sunlight, even if it is super cold out.
The first photo is of our green onions we planted last spring/summer. The second photo is of the shadows created by the sun shining on our deck, I thought it looked best in black and white.

Day 32 ~ Sunrise from my back porch
I am really early posting my photo today! I was able to capture the sunrise as viewed from my back porch. I took several photos of the sky before the sunrise. So here are the photos:

Day 31
This photo is of one of my sculpture class projects that I did when I was going to college for my bachelors degree. We made plaster fruits and then were supposed to carve them or make them into other things. So I used an apple, and this one I turned into a dream catcher.

Day 30 ~ My hands
I am way behind on posting my one photo per day. There is just not enough time in the day between work and going to school in the evening. I can't say that this won't happen again.
Today's photo is of my hands. The reason why I decided to photograph my hands is because my hands and wrists were really hurting today. I have rheumatoid arthritis (RA), I've only known that I've had it for a little over a year now. It can be difficult to live with some days! Although most of my body is pain-free thanks to the medicine I have been taking, it seems that I can't really shake all the pain, especially in my hands/fingers and wrists. The weather also plays a role. As the past few days have been in the 60's, I have had really no pain, but as the weather has changed today, I started feeling it last night, my hands hurt. Luckily the pain subsides as the day goes on, but it's sometimes hard to even squeeze the tube of toothpaste in the morning!
I know that I don't have it as bad as some do, my hands are not disfigured as I have seen photos from other people who have RA. I am thankful for that, and I hope that they never get that way.
